Matthew's Begats Tree

“The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.” — Matthew 1:1 (LSB)
This tree declares that Jesus did not appear out of nowhere. Every name in His family line whispers promise fulfilled. From Abraham to David, from exile to Emmanuel, each branch of the story leads to the root of redemption — Christ Himself.
This tree remembers the faith of Abraham, the throne of David, and the grace that runs through generations of broken people whom God still chose to use.
Through kings and carpenters, sinners and saints, God’s covenant thread never broke.
And at last, in Bethlehem, the lineage of hope took on flesh.
“When the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman.” — Galatians 4:4
