Everlasting Father

Isaiah 9:6

"6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  (Isaiah 9:6, ESV)

"He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of His nature..." (Hebrews 1:3, ESV)

"For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy" (Isaiah 57:15, ESV)

“There is no unfathering Christ, and there is no unchilding us. He is everlastingly a father to those who trust in Him.” ~ Charles Spurgeon

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him. 8 He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light. 9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own people did not receive Him. 12 But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:1-14, ESV)

JESUS HAS ETERNALLY EXISTED

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made. (John 1:1-3, ESV)

"4 I glorified You on earth, having accomplished the work that You gave Me to do. 5 And now, Father, glorify Me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed." (John 17:4-5, ESV)

JESUS WAS GOD MANIFEST IN FLESH

"14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:14, ESV)

" 5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, 6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. (Philippians 2:5-7, ESV)

" Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness. ' He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory. (1 Timothy 3:16, ESV)

"Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins." (Hebrews 9:22, ESV)

" Consequently, when Christ came into the world, he said, "Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired, but a body have you prepared for me." (Hebrews 10:5, ESV)
